Vamp protection relays, arc flash protection systems and feeder

The protection, control and measurement functions of Vamp feeders and motor
managers support a wide range of industrial applications. Standard protection
stages for asynchronous and synchronous motors can be extended using the RTD
input option unit. Industrial protocols like Modbus, Modbus TCP, Profibus DP,

switchgear protection can be provided with an independent Vamp arc flash
protection system. As the technology leader, Vamp offers selective arc flash
protection systems for every need. Arc flash detection can employ either fibre
or point sensor technologies. The time required for extinguishing an arc flash
can be shortened significantly by combining the arc flash protection system with
an arc eliminator.
